The GO taxi app lets international visitors book a ride (App Store & Google Play). Uber is also common in Japan. All transportation is the responsibility of the attendee.
Narita: 53 min to Tokyo Station on the Narita Express (80–90 min by car). Haneda: 23 min by monorail to Hamamatsuchō, then 4 min to Yūrakuchō.
